Flutter & cross platform
My home turf. One codebase, both stores, and no compromises on how it feels. BLoC, Mapbox, Firebase. I'll also happily take over your React Native app if that's what you're stuck with.
BCLogic is me, Łukasz Majda. I've been building software for over twenty years: Flutter, native iOS in SwiftUI, and the Python backends that keep it all running. I design it, build it, ship it, and answer for it. No handovers, no telephone game.

SwiftUI apps that feel like Apple made them. SwiftData, StoreKit 2, widgets, Live Activities, and AI on the device when it actually helps, not because it's trendy.
Every app has a server side, and I build that too. Python, FastAPI, Firestore, Google Cloud. Favorite trick so far: a custom map tile server that cut a client's database bill by 60%.
Most client work hides behind NDAs, so here's what I can show off: apps that are mine from icon to backend.
Photo & Video · iOS + iPadOS
Puts as many photos as you want on one sheet, plus symbols and your own SVGs, instead of the single photo per page your phone insists on. Set 10 cm and 10 cm comes out. AirPrint, PDF or JPEG.
Productivity · iOS
Voice notes that transcribe and summarize themselves, entirely on your phone. No account, no cloud, no analytics. Local LLMs, speaker labels, and iCloud sync that stays yours.
Utilities · iOS
Shows you what quietly leaks out of your wallet every month, no bank login required. Everything stays on your phone, the money math is exact to the cent, and it looks right at home on the newest iOS.
Games · Apple platforms
My retro pixel take on 2048. Free, no ads, Game Center leaderboards. One codebase running on iPhone, Mac, and yes, even Vision Pro.
There was also an earlier era of coupon and utility apps, 400k installs on Google Play, some sold, some retired. Kupony Lite is technically still out there, but I've moved on to better ideas.
Some client work I can point at. The NDA covers the rest.
Client build · iOS + Android
A hydration companion I built for BRITA Polska: daily water intake, filter change reminders, and healthy habits for people with a BRITA jug on the counter.
Client build · iOS + Android
A health app that teaches the eight steps of a breast self exam and gently nags you once a month so it actually becomes a habit. Work I'm genuinely proud of.
Collaboration · iOS + Android
A pocket guide for pilgrims walking the Camino de Santiago: stages, maps, and places to sleep. Flutter with Mapbox and Firebase.
Collaboration · iOS + Android
HERE's navigation app, the one millions of drivers keep on their windshields.
Want to check my code before you email me? Fair. It's all on github.com/booncol.
993 ★ · Android
My little pulse animation library that went places. Almost a thousand stars, 170 forks, and nearly a decade inside other people's production apps.
Flutter · Dart
The Flutter port of Pulsator, up on pub.dev. Same ripples, both platforms, one codebase.
Python · Firestore
Radius search for Firestore in Python, done with geohashes. No third party geo service, no extra bill.
Python · Graphics
A tribute to the Voxel Space renderer from Comanche (1992). Once a demoscener, always a demoscener.
The person on the call is the person writing the code. Nothing gets lost between the meeting and the commit, and decisions take a conversation, not a sprint.
UI, architecture, backend, App Store review, and the 3 a.m. crash report. All of it lands on my desk, and I like it that way. Running this loop since 2015 as BCLogic, coding since way before that.
My software has watched gates at Chopin Airport, run exhibition and trade fair installations, and lived on hundreds of thousands of phones. Weird constraints don't scare me anymore.
Got a product to build, or one that needs rescuing? Just write me. I reply from Warsaw, usually the same day.
